Notice to International Artists
Some foreign countries charge a tariff on shipments of products from the U.S. We have no way of monitoring global tariff law. We suggest that you check with your local postal authorities about additional charges on your order from us.
Every order is assigned a tracking number by USPS (our preferred method of shipping). That tracking number follows your package either to your front doorstep OR to your local post office. We often receive notification that the package was delivered when, in fact, it was delivered to your local post office.
When you package arrives at your local post office, the postal authorities are supposed to contact you to alert you of the arrival of your package. The will usually happen if there is a tariff (see above) on your package. Until you pay that additional cost, the package will not be released from the post office.
We cannot be responsible for packages arriving at the destination (post office) but not picked up by the customer. We will do everything in our power to get your package to you. We appreciate your cooperation.
